Mediation takes place following your assessment of mediation suitability and mediation preparation.
A 2-hour session with the same experienced, accredited Family Dispute Resolution Practitioner who conducted your Assessment of Mediation suitability.
What’s included:
– Drafting of the agreement e.g. Parenting Plan or Financial Agreement.
– Issuing of your Section 60I Certificate pursuant to the Family Law Act 1975 on the day of mediation, if required.
This package is designed for:
– Individuals who have a small number of issues in dispute.
– Those who require one agreement to be drafted, for example, a Parenting Plan or a Financial Agreement.
– Those who are returning to Family Dispute Resolution/Mediation to update a previously developed Parenting Plan.
– Those who are agreeing on the terms of a Parenting Plan or Financial Agreement but require professional assistance to draft their agreement.
A 4-hour session with the same experienced, accredited Family Dispute Resolution Practitioner who conducted your Assessment of Mediation suitability.
What’s included:
– Drafting of the agreement e.g. Parenting Plan or Financial Agreement.
– Issuing of your Section 60I Certificate pursuant to the Family Law Act 1975 on the day of mediation, if required.
This package is designed for:
– Those who have a small number of issues in dispute but require more than one agreement to be drafted, for example, a Parenting Plan and a Financial Agreement.
OR
– Individuals who are disputing a number of issues and require one agreement to be drafted, for example, a Parenting Plan or a Financial Agreement.
A 6-hour session with the same experienced, accredited Family Dispute Resolution Practitioner who conducted your Assessment of Mediation suitability.
What’s included:
– Drafting of the agreement e.g. Parenting Plan or Financial Agreement.
– Issuing of your Section 60I Certificate pursuant to the Family Law Act 1975 on the day of mediation, if required.
This package is designed for:
– Individuals who have a number of issues in dispute and who also require more than one agreement to be drafted, for example, a Parenting Plan and a Financial Agreement.
OR
– Individuals who require ample time to discuss all issues in dispute and aim to complete their agreements in one day.
