Thank you for visiting our website and taking this step in your Mediation journey. My name is Priscilla Zahra and I am the Founder and Director of Qantum Mediation Group.
I am here to help you navigate and resolve your Family Law dispute out of court, and I am registered and accredited through the Commonwealth Attorney General to issue your S60I Certificate as a Family Dispute Resolution Practitioner.
Having worked as a Lawyer representing some of the state’s most vulnerable children, I have seen the unavoidable and devastating effects court can have on people’s health, wellbeing, and wallet.
I am a big believer that a relationship breakdown should not cost you everything, which is why I offer mediation as a quicker, less expensive, and less stressful method of reaching an agreement.
I empower people like you to reach their full potential and take control of their lives, while also upholding your children’s best interests. Through mediation, I help you pave the way for amicable decision-making, positive co-parenting, and new beginnings for you and your family.
Most couples I work with already have the answers; they just need the right assistance to amicably reach their agreement. For others, mediation helps to narrow down the issues in dispute, significantly reducing their legal costs.
So why choose me to be your Family Law mediator?
I am flexible, affordable, prompt and have years of experience. I bring to your mediation demonstrated skills in the Law, Dispute Resolution and Social Work, applying a holistic perspective to your Family Law dispute.
With a keen interest in complex parenting matters, cases involving children with special needs, particularly matters involving autism spectrum disorders including Asperger’s, and cases involving same-sex couples, including parenting matters and matters involving stored embryos. I provide a service that is tailor-made to your individual needs and backed by expertise.
If you are ready to take the next step and move forward, it would be my pleasure to assist you with your Family Law dispute.
